Interviewer's description-
"Mrs. Rosa Arvin was born in 1904 in Claiborne County, Tennessee. Her father died when she was young and her mother remarried. She did not receive schooling because she remained home to care for a baby her mother had given birth to. She married at 15 and raised a family of ten. She and her husband lived most of their lives at Three Point, Kentucky. She speaks of the violent people who were living in that area. She responds to questions about women's liberation and the roles men and women assume."
