Interview of Lydia Fields by Tim Hodge. Interviewer's description- "Mrs. Fields grew up in Leslie County, Kentucky with a family of twelve siblings. They lived in a log cabin and farmed. She describes many of the activities which took place on a mountain subsistence farm: 1) food preservation 2) moonshining 3) dating 4) church 5) recreation 6) education 7) transportation 8) music 9) making of clothes and 10) hunting."
