Interviewer's description-
"Mr. D.P. Prater is interviewed at his home on Ogden Creek, Knot County, Kentucky near Hindman. He discusses his marriage, children and family life. He also talks about working in the coal mines during the hand loading days, about the injuries and poor pay. Other topics he mentions are the depression, his hobby of furniture and clock making, moonshining, food (farming and prices), politics and his grandchildren."
