Interviewer's description-
"Governor Martha Layne Collins, Superintendent of Public Instruction, Alice McDonald and Ed Pritchard planned and implemented a town forum process to allow citizens to respond to the question 'What should the schools be doing?' This tape is a complete recording of those citizen responses at the meeting held at Cumberland High School for the cities of Benham, Lynch and Cumberland, Kentucky in Harlan County."
