Abstract Interview of Gladys Simpson by Chris Simpson in Dayhoit, Kentucky.

Interviewer's description-
"In this interview with Gladys Simpson, she talks about her childhood, she has 1 brother and 4 sisters. She attended school in a two room school house. School ran 7 months out of a year. She stated that her father helped build the railroad. She recalls that her family raised their own food and made their own milk and butter. She also talks some about WWII, the union and the shock of Kennedy being assassinated. She said her biggest achievement in life was flying in an airplane and the birth of her children."
