Interviewer's description-
"My oral history interview was basically a life history of Elizabeth Howard. The interview begins with specific details of age, jobs in which she held and where she was born and raised. She told of details of her childhood and her experiences as a coal miners' wife are so graphic and emotional. She was instrumental in bringing city water into the Baxter community and the county school. She loves the Highbank area and says 'she will die in the mountains.'"
