Abstract Interview of Bea Clontz by Julie Saylor. Clontz discusses her life story.

Interviewer's description-
Life in Wallins, KY
"Mrs. Clontz talks about going to school on the hill in Wallins, Kentucky. She discusses going to the movies at the theater in Wallins, the many businesses that have been in Wallins over the years, how the road was built and that the first road is now the creek, the two different depots in Wallins and how all the coal miners received their paychecks by cash on the trains. The mail delivery man would then walk about three miles with the cash to the mines. Bea's husband was the delivery man at the time. She said they never had to worry about people bothering things that didn't belong to them and that neighbors would try to help each other anyway that they could."
