Interviewer's description-
"Steve Howard is a 34 year old man, who has lived in Harlan his entire life. He is currently vice president of Harlan Retreading Company, a family owned tire business. Steve is a very talented musician and vocalist. He plays many instruments, his favorite being the clarinet. He studied music at Cumberland College in Williamsburg, Kentucky. He feels music is a way of expressing your thoughts and feelings and getting those thoughts and feelings across to other people. Music is a very important part of his life."
