Abstract Interview of Jean Simpson by Virginia Hall.

Interviewer's description-
"Jean Simpson was a widow at 26 years of age with two small children and seven months pregnant. With the income from Social Security Aid for Dependent Children, she raised and educated her children. When the youngest child became 18 her income ended and she had to find work to support herself. She describes her problems of living at or below the poverty level. Ms. Simpson states the achievements made by her family as being 'life' and you learn to accept it."
