"This interview consists of some major parts of Ada Johnson's life. It touches on her birth, school years as a child, being burned in an accident that threatened her life for two years, her ancestors, her teenage years, mountain foods and survival food, her married life, the murder of her father, the beginning of Peddler's Spring, family historical home, families' traditional naming, holidays, musical instruments, earlier winters, kinds of jobs and a few things her children have done."
