Interviewer's description-
"Miss Ravizee was one of twelve children born to a coal miner and a housewife in Harlan County, Kentucky. She graduated from Cumberland High School and later, at the age of 21, got pregnant out-of-wedlock and has proceeded to rear the child as a single parent. The discussion of the single parenting experience here includes: 1) abortion; 2) adoption; 3) parents' reaction; 4) father of child's reaction; 5) Julia's reaction; and 6) the difficulties of being a single parent."
