Abstract Interview of Verna Slone by Melanie Zuercher.

Interviewer's description-
"In this interview with Verna Mae Slone, she tells about quilting, how she learned it, why she has done it for so long and some of her other handicrafts. She also talks about her writing. One of her books 'What My Heart Wants To Tell' was commercially published. One of the most important things that comes out here, is Verna Mae's firm dislike of the popular stereotype of the mountaineer and her personal crusade, mostly through her writing to show it to be wrong."
