Abstract Interview of Maudie Simpson by Cinda Simpson.

Interviewer's description-
"This interview was with Maudie Simpson who is my mother-in-law. She is seventy-five years old and was born in 1913 and raised in the mountains of Leslie and Harlan Counties. Ms. Simpson married, stayed in the mountains, having ten children of her own. A few years after she married, her husband became a preacher. She tells of how hard life was living in the mountains, but you always had each other and you always had love."
