Abstract Interview of Charles Sargent by Gina Sizemore.

Interviewer's description-
"Mr. Sargent began his mining career eighteen years ago in 1966, mucking track and progressed through jobs as a machine helper, bug duster on a cutting machine, shot ripper, drill man, loader operator, roof bolter, section foreman, assistant superintendent and a mine inspector. Topics Mr. Sargent discussed here include: (1) the history of mining, (2) the hazards & safety problems, (3) names of major coal companies, (4) Scotia disaster, and (5) the changes in the mining industry."
