Abstract Interview of Donnie Creech by Vika Thomas. Creech discusses his background and coal mining.

Interviewer's description-
"Mr. Creech was born September 3, 1952 and went to work in the coal mines in 1972 when he was twenty years old. He initially disliked the mines, but has gotten used to the hard work over the years. He works on a section which uses a Wilcox Continuous Miner which requires more manual labor than any other continuous miner. Topics here include: (1) description of first experience in mines, (2) safety, (3) mine inspections, (4) injuries, (5) Wilcox Miner, (6) roof bolting, and (7) robbing barrier pillars."
