Interviewer's description-
"Mrs. Combs was born February 21, 1910 on Craft's Colley Creek in Letcher County, Kentucky. Her parents were John Adams and Leslie Franklin. Mrs. Combs describes rural farm life in the Appalachia area; such as raising livestock, preserving food, education, parental attitudes, entertainment, dating practices, etc."
