Interviewer's description-
"Mrs. Unthank was born August 15, 1896 at Loyall, Kentucky. She speaks briefly of her ancestry and childhood and spends the remainder of this interview responding to questions about her career as a school teacher in Harlan County. She has taught at Little Laurel, Cloverfork, Fourmile and Loyall. Her beginning years of teaching were under Kentucky's trustee system."
