Abstract Interview of Cecil Stallard by Tony Sizemore.

Interviewer's description-
"Mr. Stallard worked at Peabody Coal Company's, Black Mountain coal camp operation. He discusses coal camp life, use of script, the discounting and voucher systems, union organizing influence of the Communist Party, with the National Miners Union, company gun thugs, scabs, etc. He comments on George Titler's Hell In Harlan and upon the future of unions and coal in the Appalachian area."
