Abstract Interview of Charles Roark by Robert Duff.

Interviewer's description-
"Mr. Roark attended Berea Normal School and was certified to teach in 1927. He taught two years in Leslie County before returning to college and eventually earning both his Bachelors and Masters degrees. He was a classroom teacher for 30 years and a principal for nine. He retired from teaching in 1966. He comments on how the pay scale has changed, teaching status, effect of consolidation on quality, etc. He has four children-all of whom have graduated from college."
