Abstract Interview of Sharon Ison by Kim Pruitt.

Interviewer's description-
"Sharon was born at Fleming Neon, Kentucky December 4, 1951. Her family lived at Millstone and on Peer Creek near Whitesburg, Kentucky. She married immediately after high school and moved to Washington, D.C. She had two children (one boy, 11 years old and one girl, nine years old). Her husband died of a diabetic coma. She came back to Appalachia and graduated from LPN school in 1976. She presently is enrolled in the RN program at Southeast Community College at Cumberland, Kentucky. Sharon comments on sexual harassment, pre-marital sex, women's liberation and a variety of other topics."
