Abstract Interview of Delmar Slusher by Judy Howard.

Interviewer's description-
"Mr. Slusher was born April 14, 1881 at Wallins Creek, Kentucky where he has lived most of his life. His father's family (Slusher) was from Bell County, (moved to Blackmont Kentucky (Harlan County) in 1918 where his father was a coal miner from 1918-1948. His mother's family (Saylor) was from Cardinal, Kentucky. He described very briefly the rise and decline of Wallins. He talks of the schools, churches, subsistence farming, union organizing, etc."
