Abstract Interview of Vic Howard by Malcolm Wilson.

Interviewer's description-
"Vic Howard was born in Harlan County and came to Cumberland, Kentucky in 1939. In this interview with Mr Howard, he discusses his love for photography and his photography business. He attended the Professional Photographers School of America, in Wynoma Lake, Indiana. Among some of his work, he has photographed several governors, Colonel Sanders and Miss U.S.A of 1968. Mr. Howard also talks about his running for Mayor of Cumberland, Kentucky, his being a Councilman for 4 or 5 terms and Vice-Mayor for 3 terms. He talks about all the changes he has seen in Cumberland over the years including International Harvester, U.S. Steel and Southeast Community College. He also talks about his first love the jewelry business that he owns and operates in the town of Cumberland."
