Abstract Interview of Cathleen Carter by Verna Napier. Carter discusses the education system in Harlan County, Kentucky.

Interviewer's description-
"Mrs. Carter was born in February, 1899, in Virginia. She discusses coming to Evarts, Kentucky (Harlan County) in 1938. During this interview Mrs. Carter concentrates mainly on the comparison if schools from the time she started until the present date. She talks about discipline, busing, the cost of a college education and how the school system has changed in general over the years."
