Abstract Interview of Carlos Brown by Malcolm Wilson. Brown discusses his love of the railroad.

Interviewer's description-
"Brown describes his love for the railroad began in his youth when he rode trains almost everywhere he went. The cost was about 75 cents round trip from Harlan to Louellen at the time. Mr. Brown feels that more Federal funds should go to railroads to help them maintain their tracks, etc. to show the nation's appreciation for what he feels is the backbone of Southeastern Kentucky."
