Abstract Interview of Lundy Addington by Denise Combs. Addington discusses his background and coal mining.

Interviewer's description-
"Mr. Addington, who has been a Primitive Baptist minister for over 25 years, describes the old fashioned way of slaughtering a hog-- From shooting it with a .22 caliber rifle to curing or freezing the hog. Details are given on how to remove the hair and cutting the animal parts into chops, hams, bacon, etc. Some time is spent here in describing various ways of preserving the meat."
